The founders of Brazilian churrascaria in Singapore and South East Asia that won fans over for passadors wielding rotisserie-grilled meats back in the mid 90s have added a new dimension to the popular Brazilian fare on Thomson Road.

Fiesta Brasilia in United Square, which opened on 30 November 2008, continues to serve the succulent and mouth-watering flavours of Brazilian barbecued meat, but have now set itself apart with a more extensive menu and at affordable prices.  “The churrascaria concept has worked well for us in the past and will continue to do so.” says its owner Mr S.P Semmy. “But Brazilian food and culture are vibrant, so it makes perfect sense to add new and exciting items to keep the Brazilian dining experience alive and our customers coming back”.

Fiesta Brasilia is located at the waterfall deck on basement level in United Square. Visitors are greeted with a larger-than-life painting of Brazil’s most famous landmark—Jesus Christ with arms opened, overlooking the city of Rio de Janiero. A full bar sits at the entrance where your favourite mocktails or cocktails and the signature Caipirinha, Brazil’s national cocktail, get prepared by the resident bartender. An extensive list of Old and New World wines from Latin America, Europe to New Zealand, champagne, whiskey and premium Brazilian coffees are available as well.
